I have no better words to put this. Whatever the reasons are, your feelings are always yours. Your moving on is yours. We cannot tell you that you should move on now – that you have been moping for too long. We cannot invalidate the feelings that you have regardless of cause – be it pride, ego, or love.
People can help you only to an extent. The rest should come from within. We always react differently. We can beg for pity or sympathy. We can wallow in pain caused by trivial things. We can react to whatever stuff that remind us of them. If those are your things then just do them. But always remember that at the end of the day, if you feel miserable, there is no one to blame but you for succumbing to misery when you always have a choice each day for choosing otherwise.
